Auto Glass Now

Hail storm knocked out my back window over the weekend. A coworker referred me to this business. The following business day they were able to see me immediately. Corey removed all the broken glass and temporarily covered the window until the new one came in the next day. Alex greeted me and was very professional and Nate installed my window and went out to his way to find any leftover broken glass. It’s like it never happened. I truly appreciate the 3 of them for their help. Made the experience painless.

Paying out of pocket other places charged me an arm and a leg, for windshield replacement with recalibration needed. Auto glass now was able to give me a fair price, Was swift with installment, And very educational for the type of vehicle that I have. Very professional, Great atmosphere and I will recommend to anyone!

I had an excellent experience getting my car windshield repaired. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. They were able to schedule me quickly. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the repair before starting. The work was done efficiently, and my windshield looks as good as new- very little visible damage at all. Pricing was fair and clearly explained upfront, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing windshield repair and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The one thing that I was satisfied with was the price. They were about $300 cheaper than the big national brand that we all know. However, a couple issues arose. When I called to let them know, the lady who answered the phone was very unapologetic and seemed to give me attitude. She kept skating around a basic question and that became very frustrating. So now I'll have to go back a second time for them to see the exact plastic molding that flew off on the highway, and then a third time in order for them to replace it. I PRAY that There is no issue with them replacing this plastic molding that clearly was firmly attached to the A-frame before they laid hands on my vehicle. I just felt like the customer service was very negative in tone and there was a very apparent lack of empathy for an issue that was clearly this company's fault. I don't know if I would recommend them.

Very nice work and at a very good price. The customer service was top notch. I worked with Shawna and she was so kind and courteous. They had my windshield installed in 24 hours.
